Question 1

How does the disposable head attach?

Accepted Answer

Push the wand into a fresh head until it clicks. To release, press the button on the handle over the bin — your hands never touch the head.

Can I flush the used heads?

Accepted Answer

No. Please put used heads in the bin. Flushing sponge material can block pipes and septic systems.

Question 3

How many cleans does one head last?

Accepted Answer

One head is designed for one full clean of the bowl, rim and under-rim area. Swap it out after each use for the freshest result.

Question 4

What do the colours mean?

Accepted Answer

Blue heads carry an ocean scent, lavender heads a floral scent and yellow heads a lemon scent. Cleaning performance is the same.

Question 5

Does the head contain cleaning agent?

Accepted Answer

Each head is pre-loaded with a mild cleaning factor that activates with water. No extra spray needed for regular cleans.

Question 6

Will it scratch my toilet?

Accepted Answer

No. The heads are soft non-woven fabric and sponge, safe on glazed ceramic.

Can the caddy be wall-mounted?

Accepted Answer
