30-day returns

If you're not happy, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened refill heads cannot be returned.

How to start a return

• Email us with your order number and reason
• We'll send return instructions within 1–2 business days
• Ship the item back using a trackable method

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos and we'll send a replacement or refund at no cost.
